Hershel Groenewegen

Hershel Groenewegen is the Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) of 415C. A seasoned expert in tail wags and morale boosting, Hershel brings warmth, loyalty, and an unmatched ability to brighten even the most intense boardroom. Since joining the team in 2023, he has led countless initiatives in stress reduction, spontaneous laughter, and team bonding, with a particular focus on strategic nap placement and snack-time optimization.

When not greeting guests or ensuring company-wide head scratch quotas are met, Hershel can be found offering motivational stares, managing walk breaks, and overseeing treat inventory. He is particularly passionate about workplace security, alerting the team to every package delivery, doorbell chime, or suspicious sound. Additionally, his strict no-ping-pong-during-working-hours policy is well-known, and he can often be found barking assertively at rogue rallies that threaten to derail productivity. That said, he actively encourages healthy breaks, especially long walks, to help the team manage built-up stress.

Hershel studied at the prestigious Hunde Universität in Munich, where he majored in Advanced Loyalty and Snack Negotiation.
